有氧运动联合不同抗阻训练对女大学生体像的影响 被引量:1

摘要 女大学生的行为易受其自身心理特点和外界环境影响,出现不健康的体像。采用运动的手段改善女大学生对于自身身体形象的满意程度,以达到减少由于对自己身体形象不满而导致的低自尊、抑郁、社交焦虑和饮食失调等一系列心理健康风险的目的。采用实验法等方法探索有氧运动联合不同抗阻训练影响女大学生体像的程度,引导她们形成对自己体像的合理认知,学会悦纳自己,形成健康的生活方式和规律的运动习惯。整体来看,两种组合训练在影响女大学生体像的效果接近,运动干预能够改善女大学生的体像在本实验中得到了证实。 The behavior of female college students is susceptible to be affected by their own psychological characteristics and external environment,and they appear unhealthy body image.Exercise is used to improve female college students′satisfaction with their body image,so as to reduce a series of mental health risks caused by body image dissatisfaction,such as low self-esteem,depression,social anxiety and eating disorders.The experimental method and other methods are used to explore the extent to which aerobic exercise combined with different resistance training affects female college students′body image,so as to guide them to form a reasonable cognition of their body image,learn to accept themselves,and develop healthy lifestyles and regular exercise habits.Overall,the effects of the two kinds of combined training on the body image of female college students are similar,and the exercise intervention can improve the body image of female college students is confirmed in this experiment.
