摘要
加快职业教育师资培养体系建设是提升职业教育教学质量的重要保障和有效路径。德国的职业教育教师专业化培养体系经历了从学术性教育到专业化科学发展的演变,在职业教育师资能力标准和课程体系设置上体现出“职业性、专业性、教育性”三性融合的架构理念,具有多主体参与、能力标准细化、入职标准严格等鲜明特点。我国现阶段需要完善职业教育教师专业标准及培养制度,建立职业教育学科教学知识结构融合的课程体系,充分运用行动导向的专业教学法。
Accelerating the construction of teacher training system in vocational education is an important guarantee and effective way to improve the teaching quality of vocational education.The professional training system for vocational education teachers in Germany has experienced periods from academic education to professional scientific development.After the evolution,the ability standard and curriculum system for vocational teachers reflect the integrated concept of being"professional,educational,technical",with distinct characteristics of"multiple subject participation","ability standard refinement"and"strict entry standards".At this stage China needs to improve the professional standards and training system for vocational education teachers,establish a curriculum system with integrated VPCK structure,and fully utilize action-oriented professional pedagogy.
