高校劳动教育“劳技·劳德”二维向度探究

On Two Dimensional Orientations of College Labor Educationabout"Labor Skills and Labor Morality"

劳动和教育是高校劳动教育的一体两面,传统劳动教育存在“有劳动无教育”或“有教育无劳动”的弊端,新时期高校劳动教育应以马克思主义劳动观为理论指导,以《大中小学劳动教育指导纲要(试行)》为行动指南,构建“劳技·劳德”二维向度,通过课程教学路径深化学生的劳动情感认同,通过社会实践路径提升劳动能力,通过校园文化建设涵养劳动品德。

Labor and education are two aspects of labor education in colleges and universities.Traditional labor education has the drawbacks of"labor without education"or"education without labor".In the new era,labor education in colleges and universities should be guided by the Marxist concept of labor and Guideline on Labor Education for Primary,Secondary and Higher Education to build a two-dimensional orientations or to strengthen"labor skills and labor morality".The way to realize it is to deepen labor cognition through a curriculum system,to improve labor ability by means of social practice and cultivate labor morality by creating a campus cultural atmosphere that might advocate labor.
