“双高计划”背景下学生社团建设路径探析——以湖北职业技术学院为例

Research on the Construction Path of Student Associations under the Background of"Double Height Plan":Taking Hubei Polytechnic Institute as an Example

“双高计划”背景下,学生社团建设具有强化思想政治教育、健全高校育人体系、利于开展校园文化建设、提高学生综合素质等重要意义。以湖北职业技术学院为例,学生社团建设存在社团的特色功能定位不明、连续传承能力不足、均衡发展水平不高,所在院系保障支持力度不够等问题,可从打造品牌特色、稳定骨干队伍、引导均衡发展、加大支持力度等四个方面着手加强学生社团建设。

Under the background of"double height plan",the construction of student associations is of great significance to the strengthening of ideological and political education,the improvement of education system in colleges and universities,the facilitation of the construction of campus culture and the improvement of students'overall quality.Taking Hubei Polytechnic Institute as an example,there are problems such as unclear positioning of the characteristics and functions of student associations,insufficient capacity for continuous inheritance,low level of balanced development and insufficient support from the faculty.It is suggested to strengthen the construction of student associations in four aspects,such as creating brand characteristics,stabilizing the backbone team,guiding balanced development and increasing support.
