摘要
铝合金因具备诸多优良性能而被广泛应用于工业设施,然而铝合金在复杂的服役环境易发生腐蚀。本文探究铝合金在NaCl溶液中在不同流速下的腐蚀行为以及腐蚀产物对于铝合金腐蚀速度的影响。结果表明,转速的增加会加快铝合金的腐蚀速度,其中转速主要推动了阳极极化进程,而对阴极极化影响不大。NaCl溶液中,铝合金的腐蚀产物为铝的氧化物,并且发生了均匀腐蚀。此外,在NaCl溶液中铝合金随动力学极化测试次数增加所累积的氧化膜,会不断提高其耐腐蚀性。
Aluminum alloys are widely used in industrial facilities because of their excellent properties.However,aluminum alloys are prone to corrosion in complex service environments.This study is to investigate the corrosion behavior of aluminum alloy in NaCl solution at different flow rates and the effect of corrosion products on the corrosion rate of aluminum alloy.The results show that the increase of rotating speed will accelerate the corrosion rate of aluminum alloy.Rotating speed mainly promotes the anodic polarization process but has little effect on the cathodic polarization.In NaCl solution,the corrosion product of aluminum alloy is aluminum oxide,and uniform corrosion occurs over it.In addition,the accumulated oxide film of aluminum alloy will continuously improve its corrosion resistance as the number of dynamic polarization tests increases.
