农村青年是新时代乡村振兴的奋斗者和接班人,培育农村青年奋斗精神和凝聚农村青年奋进力量,是高质量实施乡村振兴战略的重要支撑,也是做好新时代“三农”工作的坚实基础。从造就时代新人、传承民族精神、实现民族复兴三个角度分析乡村振兴战略背景下农村青年奋斗精神培育的价值,并分别从在思想淬炼中培育奋斗观念、在实践锻炼中培育奋斗作风、在环境熏陶中涵养奋斗品格三个层面提出乡村振兴战略背景下农村青年奋斗精神的培育路径,具有十分重要的意义。

Rural youth are the workers and successors of rural revitalization in the new era.Cultivating rural youth's fighting spirit and rallying rural youth's enterprising strength are an important support for high-quality implementation of rural revitalization strategy,and also a solid foundation for doing a good job in the work of agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the new era.It is of great significance to analyze the value of cultivating rural youth's struggle spirit under the background of rural revitalization strategy from three aspects:cultivating new people of the times,inheriting national spirit and realizing national rejuvenation,and put forward the cultivation path of rural youth's struggle spirit under the background of rural revitalization strategy from three aspects:cultivating struggle concept in ideological tempering,cultivating struggle style in practical training and cultivating struggle character in environmental edification.
