中文版弗里曼特尔背部感觉问卷在腰椎椎间盘突出症人群中的适用性

Applicability of Chinese version of Fremantle back awareness questionnaire in lumbar disc herniation population

目的探究中文版弗里曼特尔背部感觉问卷(FreBAQ)在腰椎椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者中应用的信度及效度,并对其适用性进行评估。方法2022年1月—2022年7月,中国人民解放军总医院门诊部招募了106例LDH患者,其中男63例、女43例,平均年龄36岁,体质量指数(27.8±6.1)kg/m^(2)。LDH患者根据自身感受填写中文版FreBAQ,采用统计学方法评价问卷的信度、效度及可行性。结果中文版FreBAQ分数分布均匀,没有地板或天花板效应。中文版FreBAQ的Cronbachα系数为0.815,每个条目的组内相关系数(ICC)为0.747~0.891,与总分之间的相关性指数(r)>0.45。整体ICC为0.865,95%置信区间为(0.695,0.944),P<0.001。经探索性因子分析,该问卷共提取出3个公因子,累计方差贡献率为76.664%,每一条目均在某个公因子上拥有>0.4的高因子载荷。中文版FreBAQ条目水平的内容效度指数(I-CVI)为0.80~1.00,量表水平的全体一致内容效度指数(S-CVI/UA)和量表水平的平均内容效度指数(S-CVI/Ave)分别为0.98、0.89。结论中文版FreBAQ临床应用于评价LDH患者具有较高的信度和效度。

Objective To investigate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Fremantle back awareness questionnaire(FreBAQ)in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH)and to evaluate its applicability.Methods From January 2022 to July 2022,106 LDH participants were recruited at the outpatient department of the General Hospital of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army,including 63 males and 43 females with a mean age of 36 years and the body mass index of(27.8±6.1)kg/m^(2).The patients filled in the Chinese version of FreBAQ according to their own feelings,and statistical methods were used to evaluate the reliability,validity and feasibility of the FreBAQ.Results The scores of the Chinese version of FreBAQ were evenly distributed,with no floor or ceiling effects.The Cronbach’sαcoefficient for the Chinese version of FreBAQ was 0.815,and the intra-group correlation coefficient(ICC)for each item was 0.747-0.891,and the correlation(r)with the total score was greater than 0.45.The overall ICC was 0.865 with a 95%confidence interval of(0.695,0.944),P<0.001.After exploratory factor analysis,the questionnaire extracted 3 common factors with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 76.664%,and each item had a high factor loading of greater than 0.4 on a common factor.The content validity index at item level(I-CVI)was 0.80-1.00,and the universal agreement CVI at scale level(S-CVI/UA)and average S-CVI(S-CVI/Ave)was 0.98 and 0.89,respectively.Conclusion The Chinese version of FreBAQ has acceptable reliability and validity for patients with clinical LDH.
