提高女金片的质量标准研究

Study on Quality Standard of Nvjin Tablets

建立女金片的质量标准。采用薄层色谱法鉴别女金片中川芎、当归、白芷和延胡索;高效液相色谱测定制剂中芍药苷和橙皮苷的含量。结果表明薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性样品均无干扰;高效液相法测定芍药苷、橙皮苷分别在8.86~177.11、9.68~193.67μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r>0.9996),平均回收率为99.0%、101.4%。实验结果表明本研究所采用的方法准确可靠,可作为女金片的质量控制方法。

The quality standard for Nvjin Tablets was established.Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Radlx Angelicae Sinensis,Radlx Angelicae Dahuricae and Rhizoma Corydalis were identified by TLC qualitatively.The contents of paeoniflorin and hesperidin were determined by HPLC.The results showed that the spots in TLC were clear and the negative control preparation had no interference.Paeoniflorin and hesperidin showed good linear relationship within the range of 8.86~177.11μg/mL(r=0.9996)and 9.68~193.67μg/mL(r=0.9998),and the average recovery was 99.0%and 101.4%(n=6).The established method was accurate and rapid,which could be used to control the quality of the preparation.
