摘要
针对豆奶制品废水具有较高的有机物、悬浮物及氨氮含量等特点,采用厌氧-好氧组合工艺处理豆奶制品生产废水的工程应用,介绍了工艺流程及主要构筑物及设备。实际运行结果表明,COD、NH3-N和TP去除率分别达到98.9%,95.50%和99.42%,出水水质达到广东省《水污染排放限值》(DB44/26-20011)第二时段中一级标准。该工艺运行方便,污染物去除效果明显,剩余污泥量少。
Because of the high content of organic matter,suspended and ammonia nitrogen in the Soymilk wastewater,an aerobic+physico-chemical process was proposed to treat the Soymilk wastewater,the process parameters and operation effects of each tretreatment unit were introduced.The practical operation results showesd that the removal rates of COD,NH 3-N and TP reached 98.9%,95.50%and 99.42%,respectively.The effluent water quality met the secondary one level standard of the second period of“Water pollution discharge limit value”(DB44/26-20011)of Guangdong Province.The process has the advantages of convenient operation,obvious pollutant removal effect and less excess sludge.
