膜滤浓缩液与垃圾渗滤液协同处理工程实例 被引量:2

摘要 由于南宁市某产业园生活垃圾填埋场的膜滤浓缩液停止回灌,南宁市城南生活垃圾卫生填埋场渗滤液处理站需承担部分膜滤浓缩液的处理任务。该渗滤液处理站的主体工艺为“MBR+纳滤系统+反渗透系统”处理工艺,膜滤浓缩液将由均质池进入MBR系统与渗滤液进行生物化学协同处理,介绍处理系统的工艺流程、处理效果及运行情况。外排水执行《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》(GB16889-2008)。该协同处理过程可为今后类似的工程运营提供参考。 As the membrane filtration concentrate of a domestic waste landfill in an industrial park in Nanning City stopped recharging,the leachate treatment station of the domestic waste sanitary landfill in the south of Nanning City needed to undertake part of the membrane filtration concentrate treatment task.The main process of the leachate treatment station is MBR+nanofiltration system+reverse osmosis system,and the membrane filtration concentrate will enter the MBR system from the homogenization pond for cooperative treatment with the leachate.The process flow,treatment effect,and operation of the treatment system were introduced.The external drainage implemented the Pollution Control Standards for Domestic Waste Landfills(GB16889-2008).This cooperative treatment process can provide a reference for similar engineering operations in the future.
