The efficiency of heating furnace in aromatics combined unit affects the energy consumption index,product cost and economic benefit.The exhaust temperature of conventional heating furnace is high and the thermal efficiency is low,which causes the huge waste of fuel.With 95+technique to modify conventional heating furnace flue gas waste heat system and for purification of fuel gas,the temperature of exhaust smoke was decreased,flue gas waste heat recovery system of the equipment corrosion was avoided,the efficiency of the heating furnace of 95%or more was improved,fuel consumption and product cost products were reduced,the enterprise competitiveness was increased,had a broad prospect of industrial application.
