摘要 催化重整与芳烃联合装置中加热炉的效率影响着企业的能耗指标,产品成本以及经济效益。常规加热炉排烟温度高、热效率低,造成燃料的巨大浪费。采用95+技术对常规加热炉烟气余热系统进行改造并对对燃料气进行净化,可以降低排烟温度,避免烟气余热回收系统的设备腐蚀,提高加热炉效率达到95%以上,可以降低产品燃料能耗和产品成本,增加企业竞争力,具有远大的工业应用前景。 The efficiency of heating furnace in aromatics combined unit affects the energy consumption index,product cost and economic benefit.The exhaust temperature of conventional heating furnace is high and the thermal efficiency is low,which causes the huge waste of fuel.With 95+technique to modify conventional heating furnace flue gas waste heat system and for purification of fuel gas,the temperature of exhaust smoke was decreased,flue gas waste heat recovery system of the equipment corrosion was avoided,the efficiency of the heating furnace of 95%or more was improved,fuel consumption and product cost products were reduced,the enterprise competitiveness was increased,had a broad prospect of industrial application.
