高压聚乙烯装置长周期运行探讨

Discussion on Long-term Operation of High Pressure LDPE Plant

化工装置实现长周期运行是确保装置满负荷运转的前提。国内某27万吨/年高压低密度聚乙烯装置自建成投产以来,由于设备、工艺、设计等原因,造成装置多次停工,不仅危及装置的平稳运行,而且造成物耗、能耗增加,给装置效益造成巨大损失。本文从装置长周期运行的因素进行了分析研究,找到了各个单元设备存在的问题,产生的原因,提出了有效的解决措施。

The long-term operation of chemical plant is the premise to ensure the full load operation of the plant.Since a 270000 t/a high-pressure LDPE plant in China was completed and put into operation,the plant has been shut down for many times due to equipment,process,design and other reasons,which not only endangered the safe production of the plant,but also increased material and energy consumption,resulting in huge losses to the benefits of the plant.The factors of long-term operation of the unit was analyzed and studied,the problems and causes of each unit equipment were found out,and effective solutions were put forward.
