新时代背景下“思创专”三位一体高技术人才培养模式研究

新时代背景下加强“思创专”深度融合是深化教育改革的有力抓手,也是培养价值取向正确、思维开阔、能力突出的高技术人才的必要途径。近年来,在国家重视思政教育的新形势下,高校应紧跟党的步伐,厘清“思创专”之间的内在联系,以立德树人为根本,以培育高技术人才为目标,构建“思创专”三位一体人才培养模式,推动思政教育、双创教育、专业教育的有机结合,形成协同育人效应;高校教师则要站在创新的视角打破“思创专”之间的学科壁垒,树立全新的育人理念,对人才培养体系和模式加以改革创新,为成功孵化一批又一批高素质、高技术人才奠定基础。

Under the background of the new era,strengthening the deep integration of“ideological and political-mass entrepreneurship-professional education”is a powerful starting point to deepen the educational reform,and also a necessary way to cultivate high-tech talents with correct value orientation,open thinking and outstanding ability.In recent years,under the new situation of ideological education,universities should follow the Party,clarify the internal educational connection among“ideology and politics,mass entrepreneurship,and profession”,cultivate high-tech talents,promote the ideological education,the innovation education,the professional education,form collaborative education effect,and lay the foundation for the incubation of high-quality and high-tech talents.
