Now that people\s living standards are gradually improving,the demand for cultural tourism will also increase.Therefore,it is also a challenge to the development of the industry,which needs more and more tourism management professionals to promote the development of the industry,so it can also highlight the importance of personnel training.Therefore,this paper first analyzes the existing problems in the current tourism management professional training,and then analyzes the tourism management professional training model innovation methods in the context of the integration of literature and tourism,for reference only.
