基于劳动素养提升的高职院校劳动教育模式与实施路径创新研究

摘要 积极推行劳动教育是我国一项重要的教育政策。劳动素养是劳动者工作能力的外在体现,提升劳动素养是进行劳动教育的内在动力。现阶段,我国的高职院校劳动教育需要进一步细化和完善。在“习近平新时代劳动教育观”指导下,本研究以劳动实践周和专业实践为载体,通过“建构主义”学习理论组织劳动教育,从教育内容、教学方式和评价手段等方面入手构建劳动教育模式,从端正劳动认知、建立劳动课程体系、师资建设、教材建设、劳动平台搭建、完善评价体系等六个方面探索劳动教育模式的实施路径,旨在提升高职学生的劳动素养。 Labor education is an important educational policy of the CPC,and labor literacy is the external embodiment of people\s working ability.Thus,improving labor literacy is the intrinsic motivation of labor education.At present,in view of the problems of labor education in higher vocational colleges,this paper organizes teaching with constructivism learning theory by taking“Xi Jinping\s View on Labor Education in the New Era”as the guiding ideology,the improvement of the vocational students’labor literacy as the goal,and by taking labor practice week and professional practice as the carrier.In the course of study,the paper studies labor education mode from educational content,teaching methods and evaluation means.On this basis,this paper explores the implementation path of labor education mode from six aspects:correcting labor cognition,establishing labor curriculum system,constructing teaching staff,teaching materials,labor platform,as well as perfecting evaluation system.
