摘要 产学研融合、多元协同育人是新时期高等教育发展的需求,作为湖南地方应用型高校如何来服务“三高四新”战略的重要发展方向,是一个值得我们深入探讨的重要问题。本文在“三全育人”背景下对产学研融合内涵和意义进行分析,对产学研融合背景下校企合作育人模式存在的问题进行了研究,提出了应用型本科院校产学研融合、多元协同育人模式的构建策略,致力于形成人才培养的长效机制和人才供给的精准策略,提高应用型人才的社会服务能力,为产学研融合、多元协同育人模式的研究提供参考价值。 The integration of production,university and research and the multiple cooperative education are the needs of the development of higher education in the new era.As an important development direction of the strategy of“three high and four new”,it is an important issue worthy of our in-depth discussion.This paper analyzes the connotation and significance of the integration of production,university and research under the background of“three-whole education”,studies the problems existing in the school-enterprise cooperative education mode under the background of the integration of production,university and research,and puts forward the construction strategy of the integration of production,university and research and multiple collaborative education mode for application-oriented undergraduate colleges,and strives to form the long-term mechanism of talent training and the precise strategy of talent supply.It aims to improve the social service ability of applied talents,and provide reference value for the research of the integration of industry,university and research and the multiple collaborative education mode.
