基于“双高建设”的高水平专业群课程一体化建设机制研究

摘要 针对教师课程开发动力和能力不足,以及专业群各专业教学资源不能共建共享问题,江苏农牧科技职业学院将全校专业整合为现代畜牧生产专业群、动物疫病防控专业群、动物药品技术专业群、食品质量与安全专业群、现代宠物技术专业群、现代渔业技术专业群、现代农业商务专业群、现代种植技术专业群和农业工程技术专业群等9个专业群。专业群紧紧围绕专业群内核心岗位,建立专业群课程一体化建设的激励保障机制,构建优质的课程开发团队,对课程结构进行优化整合,构建由公共平台课程、岗位通用基础课程、岗位核心能力课程、专业拓展能力课程组成的“平台+方向+拓展”专业群课程一体化建设体系,取得了较好的效果。 In view of the lack of motivation and ability for teachers’curriculum development and the inability to jointly build and share the teaching resources of various specialties in the specialty group,Jiangsu Agri-animal Husbandry Vocational College has integrated the specialties of the whole school into modern animal husbandry production specialty group,animal disease prevention and control specialty group,animal medicine technology specialty group,food quality and safety specialty group,modern PET technology specialty group,modern fishery technology specialty group,modern agricultural business specialty group modern planting technology and agricultural engineering technology.The specialty group closely centers on the core posts within the specialty group,establishes an incentive and guarantee mechanism for the integrated construction of specialty group courses,constructs a high-quality curriculum development team,optimizes and integrates the curriculum structure,and constructs a“platform+direction+expansion”integrated construction system of specialty group courses composed of public platform courses,post general basic courses,post core competence courses and professional development competence courses,which has achieved good results.
