市场供需视域下高职应用型人才培养路径探究

Exploration on the Cultivation Mode of Applied Talents from the Perspective of Market Supply and Demand

应用型人才培养应贯彻学以致用、扬长避短、因材施教理念,落实强化实践、突出专长、全面发展的目标。通过结合市场供需理念,强化实践教学与理论教学的关系,提升学生实践能力、社会适应性、综合素质的培养质量。为此,本文结合市场供需与高等教育的矛盾与成因,明确应用型人才培养模式的总体设计方向,从教法内容、实践体系、评价机制等层面,提出科学合理的人才培养模式优化策略。

The cultivation of application-oriented talents should implement the concept of applying what they have learned,promoting strengths and avoiding weaknesses,and teaching students according to their aptitude,and implement the goal of strengthening practice,highlighting expertise,and all-round development.By combining the concept of market supply and demand,strengthen the relationship between practical teaching and theoretical teaching,and improve the training quality of students’practical ability,social adaptability and comprehensive quality.To this end,combined the contradictions and causes between market supply and demand and higher education,this paper clarifies the overall design direction of the application-oriented talent training mode,and puts forward scientific and reasonable optimization strategies for talent training mode from the aspects of teaching method content,practice system and evaluation mechanism,etc.
