高校育人困境破解:基于基层党建工作共同体的解决思路

基层党组织是高校组织育人的战斗堡垒。增强基层党组织的育人成效,落实基层党组织的育人职责,是党建引领下的高校育人体系建设的内在要求。当前,在社会经济的高速发展催化高校的高质量发展,新技术成果的应用推动着高校党建工作的创新加速。面对高校三全育人形势下高校党建工作的开展困境,立于载体融合视阈,需推动基层党建工作体系、工作载体、工作队伍及工作评价优化,以顶层设计统筹基层党建资源,以组织赋能落实基层党组织的育人职责,以多元主体联动强化基层党建工作共同体的育人功能,推动高校基层党组织在社会主义育人事业中发挥政治核心作用和战斗堡垒作用。

Grass-roots Party organization is the battle fortress of university organization to educate students.It is the internal requirement of strengthening the education effect of colleges and universities and the implementation of the construction of the education system under the guidance of grass-roots Party organizations.At present,the rapid development of social economy catalyzes the high-quality development of colleges and universities,and the application of new technological achievements promotes the innovation of the Party building work in colleges and universities.Facing the situation of three-wide education,there are many problems of Party construction of colleges and universities.We should find the way of the combination of working support,the promoting of the grassroots Party construction work system,and the strengthen team construction of politic work team.Also we should optimize the top-level design of Party construction resources,carry out the education mission,and display the political core role of the grass-roots Party organization in the cause of socialist education.
