基于“多维健康观”理念下的高校公共体育课教学导向研究

摘要 公共体育教学导向是高校体育教学质量提升的重要抓手。在公共体育教学中,教师应树立以社会适应、心理健康、生理健康相结合的多维健康观,通过优化教学方法调动学生积极性,提升学生群体的健康水平,从而促进高校公共体育教学的现代化发展。对此本文结合多维健康观在公共体育教育中的价值及教育困境,明确公共体育教学导向的转变思路及策略,从而为高校体育教育的现代化发展及学生的成长奠定坚实的基础。 Public physical education teaching guidance is an important starting point for improving the quality of physical education teaching in colleges and universities.In public physical education,teachers should establish a multi-dimensional health view combining social adaptation,mental health and physical health,mobilize students’enthusiasm and improve the health level of students through optimizing teaching methods,so as to promote the modernization of public physical education in colleges and universities.In this paper,combined with the value and educational dilemma of multidimensional health concept in public physical education,the transformation ideas and strategies of public physical education teaching orientation are clarified,so as to lay a solid foundation for the modernization of physical education in colleges and universities and the growth of students.
