对全髋关节置换术后患者早期下床活动的纳入标准、首次下床时间、风险评估指标、活动内容、活动强度频率和活动后评估及处理等方面进行综述,旨在为临床医护人员安全有效地指导全髋关节置换术后患者早期下床活动及相关研究提供参考。

This article reviewed the inclusion criteria,initial mobilization time,risk assessment indicators,activity content,activity intensity and frequency,and evaluation and treatment of early ambulation among patients undergoing Total Hip Arthroplasty.It aims to provide guidance for a safe and effective early postoperative ambulation among patients,and provide a reference for relevant research.
