某铜锌硫化矿石浮铜新型抑制剂S-601取代石灰的研究与应用

摘要 四川某铜锌硫多金属矿选矿厂原使用石灰为硫铁矿物的抑制剂,存在石灰液配制工艺复杂、单耗高、安全环保工作难度大等问题。为践行建设绿色矿山和可持续发展理念,选用新型抑制剂S-601进行了替代试验。结果表明,S-601在试验中对硫铁矿表现出了高效的抑制效果,在用量为800 g/t情况下,铜精矿品位提升0.81个百分点、回收率提升0.43个百分点,锌精矿品位提升3.11个百分点、回收率提升0.23个百分点,硫精矿品位提升0.61个百分点、回收率提升3.63个百分点;S-601可直接配制成浓度为2.5%的溶液进行添加,配制及添加方式简单;以S-601为抑制剂取代石灰,不仅显著简化了流程、节约了人力与物力且安全环保,吨原矿生产成本还下降了2.14元。因此,S-601的使用降本增效效果显著。 Lime was used as the depressant of pyrite in a copper-zinc-sulfur polymetallic ore concen trator in Sichuan,in which exists some problems such as complicated preparation process of lime liquid,high single consumption and larger difficult in safety and environmental protection work.In order to practice the concept of green mine construction and sustainable development,novel inhibitor S-601 was selected to carry out substitution test.The results showed that S-601 appeared a high-efficiency inhibition effect on py rite in the test.Under the condition of dosage of 800 g/t,the grade of copper concentrate is increased by 0.81 percentage points,and the recovery rate is increased by 0.43 percentage points,zinc concentrate grade in creased by 3.11 percentage points,recovery rate increased by 0.23 percentage points,sulfur concentrate grade increased by 0.61 percentage points,recovery rate increased by 3.63 percentage points.S-601 can be directly prepared into 2.5%solution for adding,the preparation and adding method are simple,S-601 is used as an inhibitor to replace lime,not only significantly simplified the process,saving human and materi al resources,and is safety and environmental protection,tons of raw ore production costs also decreased by 2.14 yuan.Therefore,the use of S-601 achieved cost reduction and efficiency increase significantly.
