经皮空心螺钉内固定术治疗不稳定性骨盆骨折的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Percutaneous Cannulated Screw Internal Fixation in Treatment of Unstable Pelvic Fractures

目的:探讨经皮空心螺钉内固定术治疗不稳定性骨盆骨折的临床效果。方法:选取2020年3月—2021年3月长沙市第四医院收治的60例不稳定性骨盆骨折患者作为研究对象,依据内固定术的不同分为观察组与参照组,各30例。参照组应用前路钢板内固定术治疗,观察组应用经皮空心螺钉内固定术治疗。比较两组手术相关指标,术后6个月骨折复位情况及功能恢复情况。结果:观察组术中出血量少于参照组,术后住院时间、手术时间短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。两组骨折复位总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.704)。两组功能恢复总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.488)。结论:在不稳定性骨盆骨折患者的临床治疗中应用经皮空心螺钉内固定术效果显著,能够减少术中出血量、缩短手术时间及住院时间,促进术后恢复。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of percutaneous cannulated screw internal fixation in the treatment of unstable pelvic fractures.Methods:A total of 60 patients with unstable pelvic fractures admitted to the Fourth Hospital of Changsha from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the observation group and the reference group according to the difference of internal fixation,with 30 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with anterior plate internal fixation and the observation group was treated with percutaneous cannulated screw internal fixation.The surgeryrelated indexes,fracture reduction and functional recovery at postoperative 6 months in the two groups were compared.Results:The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the reference group,the postoperative hospital stay and operation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the reference group,with statistically significant differences(P=0.000).There was no significant difference in the overall response rate of fracture reduction between the two groups(P=0.704).There was no significant difference in the overall response rate of functional recovery between the two groups(P=0.488).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of patients with unstable pelvic fractures,the application of percutaneous cannulated screw internal fixation is significantly effective,it can reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,shorten the operation time and hospital stay,promote postoperative recovery.
