中药辅助胰岛素联合降糖药物治疗糖尿病的效果分析

Analysis of Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Assisted Insulin Combined with Hypoglycemic Drugs in Treatment of Diabetes

目的:探讨中药辅助胰岛素联合降糖药物治疗糖尿病的临床效果。方法:选取2018年1月—2021年4月甘肃省泾川县中医医院收治的100例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,采用数字奇偶法分为研究组与参照组,各50例。参照组给予基础胰岛素配合降糖药物治疗,研究组在参照组基础上给予中药辅助治疗。评估两组临床治疗效果、不良反应发生情况及血糖指标水平。结果:研究组治疗有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0039);研究组不良反应发生率明显低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0069);治疗前,两组糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖(FBG)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组HbA1c、FBG水平明显低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0000)。结论:中药辅助胰岛素联合降糖药物治疗糖尿病可明显提升治疗效果,减少不良反应,改善血糖水平。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine assisted insulin combined with hypoglycemic drugs in treatment of diabetes.Methods:A total of 100 patients with diabetes who were admitted to Jingchuan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to April 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the study group and the reference group by the digital parity method,with 50 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with basic insulin combined with hypoglycemic drugs,while the study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine adjuvant therapy on the basis of reference group.The clinical treatment effects,the incidence of adverse reactions and blood glucose index levels were evaluated in the two groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,with a statistically significant difference(P=0.0039).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,with a statistically significant difference(P=0.0069).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of blood glucose indexes glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)and fasting blood glucose(FBG)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the HbAlc and FBG levels in the study group were obviously lower than those in the reference group,with a statistically significant difference(P=0.0000).Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine assisted insulin combined with hypoglycemic drugs in the treatment of diabetes can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,reduce adverse reactions and improve blood glucose levels.
