雷火灸联合间歇性导尿治疗脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱尿潴留的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Thunder-Fire Moxibustion Combined with Intermittent Catheterization in Treatment of Neurogenic Bladder Urinary Retention After Spinal Cord Injury

目的:探讨雷火灸联合间歇性导尿治疗脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱尿潴留的效果。方法:选取2021年5月—2022年5月广西柳州市中医医院收治的40例脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱尿潴留患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各20例。对照组给予间歇性导尿联合综合康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予雷火灸治疗。比较两组治疗效果、膀胱残余尿量。结果:观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.032)。治疗前,两组膀胱残余尿量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组膀胱残余尿量均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.028)。结论:雷火灸联合间歇性导尿治疗脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱尿潴留,能有效改善患者的排尿功能,减少残余尿量。

Objective:To explore the effect of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with intermittent catheterization in the treatment of neurogenic bladder urinary retention after spinal cord injury.Methods:A total of 40 patients with neurogenic bladder urinary retention after spinal cord injury in Liuzhou Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was given intermittent catheterization combined with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy.The observation group was treated with thunder-fire moxibustion on the basis of control group.The treatment effect and residual urine volume were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.032).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in residual urine volume between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,residual urine volume in two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P=0.028).Conclusion:Thunder-fire moxibustion combined with intermittent catheterization for treating neurogenic bladder urinary retention after spinal cord injury can effectively improve urination function of patients and reduce residual urine volume.
