右美托咪定在老年膝关节镜手术患者麻醉中的应用效果分析

Analysis of Application Effect of Dexmedetomidine in Anesthesia of Elderly Patients Undergoing Knee Arthroscopic Surgery

目的:探讨右美托咪定在老年膝关节镜手术患者麻醉中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1—12月于贵州中医药大学第一附属医院行膝关节镜手术的60例老年患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字法分为观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组给予七氟醚联合收肌管阻滞加喉罩全身麻醉,观察组给予右美托咪定联合收肌管阻滞加喉罩全身麻醉,比较两组苏醒期躁动情况。结果:观察组苏醒期躁动发生率、Riker镇静-躁动评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在老年膝关节镜手术患者麻醉过程中应用右美托咪定、收肌管阻滞及喉罩全身麻醉,可达到较好的麻醉效果,并能降低苏醒期躁动发生风险。

Objective:To explore the application effect of dexmedetomidine in the anesthesia of elderly patients undergoing knee arthroscopic surgery.Methods:A total of 60 elderly patients undergoing knee arthroscopic surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given sevoflurane combined with adductor canal block and laryngeal mask general anesthesia,and the observation group was given dexmedetomidine combined with adductor tube block and laryngeal mask general anesthesia.The restlessness during recovery between two groups was compared.Results:The incidence of restlessness during recovery and Riker sedation-agitation score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of dexmedetomidine+adductor canal block+laryngeal mask general anesthesia in elderly patients with knee arthroscopic surgery can achieve better anesthesia effect and reduce the risk of restlessness during recovery.
