盐酸胺碘酮片联合酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗心律失常的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Amiodarone Hydrochloride Tablets Combined with Metoprolol Tartrate Tablets in Treatment of Arrhythmia

目的:探讨盐酸胺碘酮片联合酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗心律失常的效果。方法:选取2021年5月—2022年11月北京市回民医院收治的84例心律失常患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各42例。对照组给予盐酸胺碘酮片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗。比较两组治疗效果、左心室射血分数、超敏C反应蛋白水平、生活质量评分、不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.043)。观察组左心室射血分数高于对照组,超敏C反应蛋白水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。治疗前,两组社会功能、躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组社会功能、躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸胺碘酮片联合酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗心律失常的效果显著,可改善患者心功能,提高患者生活质量,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective:To explore the effect of amiodarone hydrochloride tablets combined with metoprolol tartrate tablets in the treatment of arrhythmia.Methods:A total of 84 patients with arrhythmia admitted to Beijing Hui Min Hospital from May 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amiodarone hydrochloride tablets and the observation group was treated with metoprolol tartrate tablets on the basis of control group.The treatment effect,left ventricular ejection fraction,hypersensitivity C-reactive protein level,quality of life score,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The overall effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.043).The left ventricular ejection fraction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the level of hypersensitivity C-reactive protein in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of social function,somatic function,role function,and emotional function between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of social function,somatic function,role function and emotional function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P=0.000).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Amiodarone hydrochloride tablets combined with metoprolol tartrate tablets have a significant effect in the treatment of arrhythmia,which can improve the patient's cardiac function,improve the quality of life of patients,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
