莪术油联合顺铂与多西他赛治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Zedoary Turmeric Oil Combined with Cisplatin and Docetaxel in Treatment of Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

目的:探讨莪术油联合顺铂与多西他赛治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的效果。方法:选取2018年1月—2020年12月阳新县中医医院肿瘤内科收治的160例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,各80例。对照组给予顺铂与多西他赛化疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合莪术油注射液辅助治疗。比较两组血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)水平、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)水平、治疗效果、不良反应发生情况、中位生存期。结果:治疗前,两组VEGF水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.25);治疗7、14、30、60 d后,治疗组VEGF水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组bFGF水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.45);治疗7、14、30、60 d后,治疗组bFGF水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.02)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.47)。治疗组中位生存期高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.03)。结论:莪术油联合顺铂与多西他赛治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的效果显著,可延长患者生存期,且不会增加不良反应。

Objective:To investigate the effect of zedoary turmeric oil combined with cisplatin and docetaxel in treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:A total of 160 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer admitted to Department of Oncology,Yangxin County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a treatment group and a control group according to random number table method,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was given cisplatin and docetaxel chemotherapy,and the treatment group was given adjuvant therapy of zedoary turmeric oil injection on the basis of control group.The levels of vascular endothelial cell growth factor(VEGF),basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF),treatment effect,occurrence of adverse reactions and median survival time were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of VEGF between the two groups(P=0.25).At 7,14,30 and 60 d after treatment,the VEGF level in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the bFGF levels between the two groups(P=0.45).At 7,14,30 and 60 d after treatment,the bFGF level in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.02).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P=0.47).The median survival time in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.03).Conclusion:The zedoary turmeric oil combined with cisplatin and docetaxel has significant effect in treatment of advanced nonsmall cell lung cancer,it can prolong the survival time of patients and will not increase the adverse reactions.
