郁金益心方治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Yujin Yixin Prescription in Treatment of Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type

目的:探讨郁金益心方治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛的效果。方法:选取2021年4月—2022年6月辽源市中医院收治的100例气虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予郁金益心方治疗。比较两组心绞痛症状、中医症状、心电图疗效,速效扩冠药物(硝酸甘油)停减率。结果:观察组心绞痛症状治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。观察组中医症状疗效达标率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.049)。观察组心电图治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组速效扩冠药物停减率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.038)。结论:郁金益心方治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛患者的效果显著,可改善患者心绞痛症状及心电图表现,降低中医证候积分,减少速效扩冠药物的使用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Yujin Yixin Prescription in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods:A total of 100 patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris of qi deficiency and blood stasis type who were admitted to Liaoyuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment of western medicine,and the observation group was given Yujin Yixin Prescription on the basis of control group.The angina pectoris symptoms,TCM symptoms,electrocardiogram efficacy,and the withdrawal rate of fast-acting coronary expansion drug(nitroglycerin)were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of angina pectoris symptoms in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.002).The efficacy qualified rate of TCM symptoms in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.049).The overall effective rate of treatment by ECG in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The withdrawal rate of fast-acting coronary expansion drug in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.038).Conclusion:Yujin Yixin Prescription has significant effects in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris of qi deficiency and blood stasis type,it can improve angina pectoris symptoms and ECG performance,reduce TCM syndrome score,and reduce the use of fast-acting coronary expansion drugs.
