阶段式康复护理对精神分裂症患者的干预效果分析

Analysis of Intervention Effect of Staged Rehabilitation Nursing in Patients with Schizophrenia

目的:探讨阶段式康复护理对精神分裂症患者的干预效果。方法:选取2017年4月—2022年3月湖南省郴州市精神病医院收治的100例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为研究组与参照组,各50例。参照组给予常规护理,研究组在参照组基础上给予阶段式康复护理干预。比较两组康复效果、服药依从性、护理满意度、生活质量。结果:护理前,两组社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)、阴性和阳性症状量表(PANSS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组SDSS、PANSS评分均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000 0)。护理后,研究组服药依从性评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000 0)。研究组护理满意度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002 0)。护理后,研究组心理、生理、环境、社会关系评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000 0)。结论:阶段式康复护理可改善精神分裂症患者康复效果,提高其服药依从性、满意度及生活质量,值得应用并予以推广。

Objective:To explore the intervention effect of staged rehabilitation nursing on schizophrenic patients.Methods:A total of 100 patients with schizophrenia admitted to Chenzhou Psychiatric Hospital in Hunan Province from April 2017 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into study group and reference group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The reference group received routine nursing and the study group received staged rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of reference group.The rehabilitation effect,medication compliance,nursing satisfaction,and quality of life in the two groups were compared.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of Social Disability Screening Schedule(SDSS),Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS)between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the SDSS and PANSS scores in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P=0.0000).After nursing,the medication compliance score in study group was higher than that in reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0000).Nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0020).After nursing,the psychological,physiological,environmental and social relationship scores in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P=0.0000).Conclusion:The staged rehabilitation nursing can improve the rehabilitation effect of schizophrenic patients,increase their medication compliance,satisfaction and quality of life,it deserves application and promotion.
