Analysis of Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing in Children with Diabetes

目的:探讨综合护理对糖尿病患儿的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年12月泰安市妇幼保健院收治的56例糖尿病患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各28例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合护理。比较两组治疗依从性、血糖水平、生活质量。结果:观察组治疗依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.021)。干预前,两组空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA_(1c))水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组FPG、2 hPBG、HbA_(1c)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。干预后,观察组情感、生理、角色、社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论:综合护理能够提升糖尿病患儿的治疗依从性及血糖控制效果,改善患儿生活质量,应用价值较高。

Objective:To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in children with diabetes.Methods:A total of 56 children with diabetes admitted to Taian Maternity and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 28 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing.The treatment compliance,blood glucose value and quality of life of were compared between two groups.Results:The treatment compliance in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.021).Before the intervention,there were no significant differences in fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPBG),and glycated hemoglobin(HbA_(1c))levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the levels of FPG,2 hPBG and HbA_(1c) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P=0.000).After the intervention,the emotion,physiology,role and social function scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P=0.000).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing can improve the treatment compliance and blood glucose control effect in children with diabetes,improve their quality of life,with high application value.
