针对性健康管理理念应用于体检护理中的效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Targeted Health Management Concept in Physical Examination Nursing

目的:分析针对性健康管理理念应用于体检护理中的效果。方法:选取2018年4月—2019年4月深圳龙岗中心医院体检中心接待的220例健康体检人员作为研究对象,根据管理方式的不同分为对照组与观察组,各110例。对照组开展常规护理管理,观察组开展基于针对性健康管理理念的加强护理管理。比较两组健康体检意识、行为情况,健康知识知晓情况,心理状态评分。结果:观察组认为“体检不是很重要”的占比低于对照组,“不定期参加体检”“不遵医嘱按时复诊”“盲目增减体检项目”占比低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。观察组疾病知识知晓情况、体检报告阅读能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。观察组汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论:针对性健康管理理念应用于体检护理中,能够有效提高体检者的健康意识,满足体检者的实际需求,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of targeted health management concept in physical examination nursing.Methods:A total of 220 healthy subjects for physical examination received by the Physical Examination Center of Shenzhen Longgang Central Hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the study subjects.According to different management methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 110 cases in each group.The control group carried out conventional nursing management,and the observation group carried out intensive nursing management based on the concept of targeted health management.The awareness and behavior of health examination,the mastery of health knowledge,and the score of psychological state in two groups were compared.Results:The proportion of subjects believing that"physical examination is not very important"in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the proportions of subjects who"participated in physical examination on the irregular basis","failed to preform re-check on time as per medical advice"and"blindly increased or decreased physical examination items"in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P=0.000).The scores of disease knowledge mastery and ability of reading physical examination report in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P=0.000).The scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P=0.000).Conclusion:The application of the concept of targeted health management in physical examination nursing can effectively improve the health awareness of physical examination subjects,meet the practice needs of physical examination subjects,which has extremely high application value.
