针灸联合临床康复综合性治疗对弥漫性脑轴索损伤患者的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Acupuncture Combined with Clinical Rehabilitation Comprehensive Treatment for Diffuse Axonal Injury of Brain

目的:探讨针灸联合临床康复综合性治疗对弥漫性脑轴索损伤患者的应用效果。方法:选取2018年1月—2021年8月内蒙古巴彦淖尔市医院收治的50例弥漫性脑轴索损伤患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各25例。对照组实施临床康复综合性治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加针灸治疗。比较两组运动功能评定量表(FMA)、认知功能评定量表(LOTCA)评分、生活自理能力、并发症发生情况。结果:治疗前,两组FMA评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.443);治疗后,两组FMA评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。治疗前,两组LOTCA评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.423);治疗后,两组LOTCA评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。治疗前,两组Barthel指数(BI)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.851);治疗后,两组BI评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.024)。结论:针灸联合临床康复综合性治疗能够改善弥漫性脑轴索损伤患者的运动功能和认知功能,提高其自理能力,降低并发症发生风险。

Objective:To explore the application effect of acupuncture combined with clinical rehabilitation comprehensive treatment in patients with diffuse axonal injury of brain.Methods:A total of 50 patients with diffuse axonal injury of brain who were admitted to Inner Mongolia Bayannur Hospital from January 2018 to August 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received clinical rehabilitation comprehensive treatment,while the observation group received acupuncture therapy on the basis of the control group.The motor function rating scale(FMA)and cognitive function rating scale(LOTCA)scores,selfcare living ability,and complications in two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the FMA scores between the two groups(P=0.443).After treatment,the FMA scores in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the LOTCA scores between the two groups(P=0.423).After treatment,the LOTCA scores in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the Barthel index(BI)scores between the two groups(P=0.851).After treatment,the BI scores in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.024).Conclusion:The acupuncture combined with clinical rehabilitation comprehensive treatment can improve motor function and cognitive function in the patients with diffuse axonal injury of brain,improve patients'self-care ability,and reduce the risk of complications.
