摘要
目的:探讨基于院-校联动机制的健康教育模式对高校新生艾滋病风险识别及应对能力的影响。方法:选取2019年12月德阳地区某4所非医学院校2 400名大一新生作为研究对象,进行1年的干预、追踪,对收集的数据进行整理、描述、分析、总结,最终得出结论。结果:基线调查发现,德阳地区高校新生对艾滋病有一定的认识,但仍存在不少误区,且对艾滋病的风险识别和应对能力较弱。通过为期1年的院-校联动机制的健康教育,被调查学生的艾滋病风险识别及应对能力都有了显著提升。结论:学生对于艾滋病的知识需求不局限于常规的基础理论,传统的健康教育方式不能满足学生的需求,基于院-校联动机制的健康教育模式可作为一种新形式在高校大学生艾滋病教育中广泛开展。
Objective:To explore the influence of health education mode through hospital-college linkage mechanism on AIDS risk identification and coping ability of colleges freshmen.Methods:A total of 2400 freshmen from 4 non-medical colleges in Deyang in December 2019 were selected as the study subjects,they received a one-year intervention and tracking,and the collected data were sorted,described,analyzed and summarized,and finally a conclusion was obtained.Results:The baseline survey found that college freshmen in Deyang had a certain understanding of AIDS,but there were still many misunderstandings,and their ability to recognize and respond to AIDS risks was weak.After the one-year health education of the hospital-college linkage mechanism,the AIDS risk identification and coping abilities of the surveyed students were significantly improved.Conclusion:Students'need for AIDS knowledge is not limited to conventional basic theories.Traditional health education methods cannot meet the needs of students.The health education mode based on the hospital-college linkage mechanism can be widely carried out as a new form of AIDS education for college students.
