Application Effect Analysis of Intensive Disinfection and Isolation Management of Infection Sources

目的:探讨感染源强化消毒隔离管理的应用效果。方法:选取2018年8月—2019年8月荆州市第三人民医院收治的100例患者作为对照组,实施常规性消毒隔离管理;选取2020年12月—2021年12月收治的100例患者作为研究组,实施感染源强化消毒隔离管理。比较两组护理质量、院内感染发生情况、护理满意度。结果:研究组服务态度、基础护理、操作技能、护理安全、护理文书书写、消毒知识掌握、日常护理评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组院内感染发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:感染源强化消毒隔离管理能够提高医护人员的护理质量与患者满意度,减少院内感染的发生,应用价值较高。

Objective:To explore the application influence of intensive disinfection and isolation management of infection sources.Methods:A total of 100 patients admitted to Jingzhou Third People's Hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the control group for routine disinfection and isolation management.Another 100 patients admitted from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study group for intensive disinfection and isolation management of infection sources.Nursing quality,nosocomial infection occurrence and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:Scores of service attitude,basic nursing,operation skills,nursing safety,nursing document writing,disinfection knowledge mastery,and daily nursing were higher in the study group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nosocomial infection incidence was lower in the study group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction was higher in the study group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intensive disinfection and isolation management of infection sources can elevate the nursing quality of medical staff and patient satisfaction,and reduce the occurrence of nosocomial infection,with high application value.
