Application Effect of Case Management Training in Dental Clinic Specialist Nurses

目的:探讨个案管理培训在口腔门诊专科护士中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年7月—2021年7月广西医科大学附属口腔医院20名口腔门诊专科护士作为研究对象,开展1周情景模拟教学法示教和练习、1周口腔门诊专科见习及4周口腔门诊专科个案管理临床实践。结果:20名护士完成考核,各项理论及操作考试成绩均>95分。20名护士开展了口腔门诊个案管理项目,共开展个案1 562例。结论:个案管理培训可提高口腔门诊专科护士的个案管理能力,是培养具备个案管理护士的有效途径。

Objective:To explore the application effect of case management training in dental clinic specialty nurses.Methods::From July 2018 to July 2021,20 dental clinic specialist nurses from the Guangxi Medical University Affiliated Stomatological Hospital were selected as study subjects to carry out 1-week scenario simulation teaching demonstration and practice,1-week dental clinic specialist internship and 4-week dental clinic specialist case management clinical practice.Results:All 20 nurses completed the assessment and scored>95 points in theoretical and operational examinations.The 20 nurses carried out the dental clinic case management project,with a total of 1562 cases.Conclusion:Case management training can improve the case management ability of dental clinic specialist nurses,and is an effective way to train nurses with case management.
