豫中地区民居生态化改造策略

The strategy of ecological transformation of residential buildings in central Henan Province

豫中地区具有冬冷夏热的气候特点,但在民居建造过程中人们普遍存在着重外观、重布局、重成本的现象,从而造成现有民居普遍存在保温隔热性能差、能耗高、舒适性不强、功能性不完善等问题,探索以户为单元的生态型、节能型民居改造方式非常有必要,通过民居的生态化改造,实现物质、能量的生态化循环,可以达到节能降耗、提升民居舒适性的目的,同时也是实现可持续发展、实现乡村振兴的需要。

The climate in the middle of Henan Province is cold in winter and hot in summer,but the appearance,layout and cost are very important in the construction of residential buildings,as a result,the existing residential buildings generally have poor thermal insulation performance,high energy consumption,comfort is not strong,function is not perfect,and so on,it is very necessary to explore the ecological and energy-saving transformation of residential buildings,through which the ecological transformation of residential buildings can realize the ecological cycle of material and energy,and can achieve the goal of energy saving and consumption reduction,to improve the comfort of residential buildings,but also to achieve sustainable development,the need to achieve rural revitalization.
