乡村振兴背景下红色旅游资源开发模式研究

Research on red tourism resources development mode under the background of rural revitalization

随着旅游产业的兴起,作为重要组成部分的红色旅游近年来也不断上升热度。为系统性认识红色旅游资源开发的状况,探究在乡村振兴政策背景下红色旅游资源开发在不同主体、不同转化路径开发模式之间的差异,通过案例分析和归纳演绎方法,对中部地区多个典型红色旅游景点的资源开发过程及其与乡村振兴战略实施的融合路径进行了系统梳理。研究发现:第一,乡村振兴背景下红色旅游资源开发模式主要可分为政府主导模式、企业主导模式和社区主导模式,或资源型、提升型和创造型。第二,在红色旅游资源开发与乡村振兴融合过程中,各级政府需进行分级差异化决策响应,通过政策引导、资源整合、潜力挖掘、产品本土化等手段,不断推进红色旅游资源开发与乡村振兴战略实施相互融合与协同并进。

With the rise of tourism industry,as an important part of the red tourism in recent years has been rising heat.In order to systematically understand the development status of red tourism resources and explore the differences between different subjects and development modes of different transformation paths under the background of rural revitalization policies,this paper adopts case analysis and inductive deduction method.The resource development process of several typical red tourist spots in central China and the integration path with the implementation of rural revitalization strategy were systematically reviewed.The research findings are as follows:First,the development mode of red tourism resources under the background of rural revitalization can be divided into government-led mode,enterprise-led mode and community-led mode,or resource-based,enhancement type and creative type.Second,in the integration process of red tourism resources development and rural revitalization,governments at all levels need to make hierarchical and differentiated decision-making responses,and continue to promote the integration and synergy of red tourism resources development and rural revitalization strategy implementation through policy guidance,resource integration,potential exploitation,product localization and other means.
