一种软土地区随钻静力触探测试设备研制及应用

Development and application of a cone penetration test equipment while drilling in soft soil areas

基于XY180型钻机及绳索取芯技术,研发了一种软土地区随钻静力触探测试设备。该设备由钻机本体、主动钻杆、变径接头、钻管、钻头、孔内悬挂定位装置、探头接杆及探头、铠装电缆及绞车等组成,通过铠装电缆下放到钻管底部进行静力触探测试,单次可获得1.0 m~3.0 m的静探测试数据。该设备通过铠装电缆进行吊装、打捞及信号传输,有着施工简便、信号抗干扰能力强、免提钻等优点。目前已将该设备初步应用于软土地区常规勘察项目中,取得了良好的测试成果。

Based on XY180 drilling rig and wireline coring technology,a static penetration test equipment while drilling in soft soil area has been developed.The equipment is composed of drilling machine,active drill pipe,reducing joint,drill pipe,drill bit,hole suspension positioning device,probe extension rod and probe,armored cable and winch,etc.It is lowered to the bottom of drill pipe through armored cable for static penetration test,and the static penetration test data of 1.0 m~3.0 m can be obtained at a time.The equipment carries out hoisting,fishing and signal transmission through armored cable,and has the advantages of simple construction,strong signal anti-interference ability,hands-free drilling,etc.At present,the equipment has been initially applied to conventional survey projects in soft soil areas,and good test results have been achieved.
