C形免灌浆装配式混塔施工工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 随着我国陆上风电开发的重点逐步向中东部及南部低风速区转移,钢-混凝土混合结构塔筒被应用于越来越多的风电场建设中,以支撑更高轮毂、更大容量的风电机组从而获得更大的发电量。传统的灌浆湿连接混塔由于湿作业大、施工受环境温度限制,极大地限制了施工效率及工程交付速度。而最近被研发出的C形免灌浆装配式混塔采用了免灌浆干式连接技术,避免了现场湿作业,可以显著提高施工效率,有效解决了传统灌浆湿连接混塔存在的问题。结合实际生产施工过程,对C形免灌浆装配式混塔的施工技术进行了研究分析,总结了规范化的制造、运输及安装等全套施工工艺,以期为C形免灌浆装配式混塔的推广应用提供参考。 With the focus of onshore wind power development gradually transferred to the east and south low wind speed areas,steel-concrete hybrid tower has been applied to more and more wind farm construction,in order to support higher hub and larger capacity of wind power generating units to obtain greater power generation.Due to the high wet operation and the limitation of ambient temperature,the construction efficiency and project delivery speed of the traditional grouting wet joint mixing tower are greatly limited.The recently developed C-shaped prefabricated hybrid tower adopts the dry connection technology,which avoids wet operation on site,can significantly improve construction efficiency and effectively solve the problems existing in the traditional grouting wet connection hybrid tower.Combined with the actual production and construction process,this paper studies and analyzes the construction technology of C-shaped prefabricated hybrid tower,summarizes the full set of standardized manufacturing,transportation,and installation technology,in order to provide reference for the popularization and application of C-shaped prefabricated hybrid tower.
