波形钢腹板预应力组合梁桥上部结构施工技术 被引量:3

The construction technology for the superstructure of corrugated steel web prestressed composite beam bridge

摘要 波形钢腹板预应力组合梁桥由于其自重轻、跨高比大、抗震性能好、造型优美等优点,近年来被广泛应用于世界各地新建桥梁工程中。其最大特点是以钢腹板替代了混凝土腹板,以预应力体外索代替了腹板体内索,挂篮悬臂现浇是钢腹板桥最常见的施工工法,为进一步总结论述该工法的经济效益合理性和施工安全可靠性,特对该工法中核心施工方案,包括墩梁临时固结、钢腹板加工运输、钢腹板安装与定位、预应力体外索施工等核心施工技术进行详细论述。该工法被完整应用于伊朗德黑兰北方高速公路BR-06特大桥,以此作为应用案例作分析说明。 Due to its advantages of light weight,large span to height ratio,good seismic performance,and beautiful shape of corrugated steel web prestressed composite beam bridge,had been widely used in new bridge engineering around the world this year.Its biggest feature was that the steel web replaced the concrete web,the prestressed external cable replaced the internal cable of the web,the hanging basket cantilever cast-in-place was the most common construction method of the steel web bridge,in order to further summarize and discuss the rationality of economic benefits,and construction safety and reliability of this method,discussed in detailed the core construction plan of the specially modified method,including temporary consolidation of pier beams,processing and transportation of steel web,installation and positioning of steel web,the prestressed external cable construction and other core construction techniques.The renovation method had been fully applied to the BR-06 super large bridge on the northern highway in Tehran,Iran,as an application case for analysis and explanation.
