粒化高炉矿渣水硬性及对混凝土强度影响分析

摘要 为探究粒化高炉矿渣的潜在水硬性,设计了五因素三水平正交试验,通过极方差分析及因素指标分析法,分析了不同因素对粒化高炉矿渣潜在水硬性及混凝土强度的影响。结果表明:碱含量及颗粒级配是影响粒化高炉矿渣棱柱体抗压强度的主要因素,通过碱激活及调整颗粒级配能有效激发粒化高炉矿渣的潜在水硬性;随着龄期的增长,粒化高炉矿渣潜在水硬性发挥较明显,混凝土抗压强度增长率较高。 In order to explore the potential hydraulic of granulated blast furnace slag,a five factor and three level orthogonal experiment was designed.The influence of different factors on the potential hydraulic of granulated blast furnace slag was analyzed by polar variance analysis and factor index analysis.The results show that alkali content and particle size distribution are the main factors affecting the compressive strength of granulated blast furnace slag prisms,the potential hydraulic of granulated blast furnace slag can be effectively stimulated through alkali activation and particle size distribution adjustment.With the growth of age,granulated blast furnace slag will play a potential role in hydraulic properties,the growth rate of compressive strength is high.
