摘要
钢箱梁桥施工通常采用工厂分节段预制、现场安装的方法,因此钢箱梁通常会被沿着桥梁纵向、横向分割成节段。在钢箱梁节段转运、安装过程中,常通过焊接在梁顶的吊耳进行起吊。由于钢箱梁顶板正交异性的受力特点,在吊耳处常常出现应力集中的现象,对施工安全造成影响,因此对钢箱梁节段在吊装过程中的受力性能进行分析就势在必行。以某跨高速公路钢箱梁为例,采用有限元软件ANSYS对钢箱梁节段在吊装过程中的受力性能进行仿真分析。结果表明:钢箱梁节段在吊装过程中的应力等指标满足施工要求。
Steel box girder bridges are usually prefabricated in sections in the factory and installed on site,so steel box girders are usually divided into sections along the longitudinal and transverse directions of the bridge.During the transportation and installation of steel box girder segments,the lifting lugs welded on the beam top are often used for lifting.Due to the orthotropic stress characteristics of the top plate of the steel box girder,the phenomenon of stress concentration often occurs at the lifting lug,which affects the construction safety.Therefore,it is imperative to analyze the stress performance of the steel box girder segment during the lifting process.Taking a steel box girder crossing an expressway as an example,the finite element software ANSYS is used to simulate the mechanical performance of the steel box girder segment in the hoisting process.The results show that the stress and other indicators of the steel box girder segment in the hoisting process meet the construction requirements.
