矿用挖掘机提升机构健康监测系统设计

摘要 矿用挖掘机作为露天矿山采掘的核心设备,其健康监测对于提高其使用率,延长其使用寿命具有重要意义。提升机构作为矿用挖掘机的核心机构之一,其健康状态对于整个设备的性能至关重要。为此,分析了矿用挖掘机提升机构的特点,并设计了健康监测系统。通过该健康监测系统能够及时掌握矿用挖掘机提升机构关键部位的实时工作状态,辅助操作及维护人员更全面地掌握设备的健康状态。 As the key equipment of open-pit mining,the health monitoring of mining excavators is of great significance to improve its utilization rate and prolong its service lifetime.As one of the most critical mechanisms of mining excavators,the health of the hoisting part is crucial to the performance of the entire equipment.Therefore,a health monitoring system for the hoisting part of the mining excavator is designed.Based on this health monitoring system,the real-time working status of the key parts of the mining excavator lifting mechanism can be obtained in time,and the operation and maintenance personnel can get the health status of the equipment more comprehensively.
