基于电流峰面积及时间特性的隔离开关故障诊断系统设计 被引量:1

摘要 为了实现高压隔离开关机械故障诊断,设计了电机电流检测系统并实时采集了GW4B-252 DW型隔离开关分合闸过程中的电流信号,分析了隔离开关分合闸不到位、运动部件卡涩等机械故障情况下的电机电流信号特征,提出了基于电流峰面积分析和时间特性对比的隔离开关机械故障诊断流程。研究结果表明,当隔离开关发生机械故障时,驱动电机电流波形发生畸变,对应的电流峰面积和时间特性发生明显改变,由此可判断出相应的故障类型。该方法具有广泛适用性,从而可提高设备运行的可靠性。 In order to realize the mechanical fault diagnosis of high-voltage disconnector,the motor current detection system is designed and the current signal in the process of switching and closing the GW4B-252 DW type disconnector is collected in real time.The motor current signal characteristics under mechanical fault conditions such as disconnector opening and closing and moving parts jamming are analyzed.A mechanical fault diagnosis process for disconnector based on power peak area analysis and time characteristic comparison is proposed.The results show that when a mechanical fault occurs in the disconnector,the current waveform of the drive motor is distorted,and the corresponding current peak area and time characteristics change significantly,so the corresponding fault type can be judged.This method has wide applicability,so as to improve the reliability of equipment operation.
