土压平衡式矩形顶管姿态控制技术分析

摘要 矩形顶管顶进姿态控制是市政施工中的难点,影响顶进姿态的因素复杂,包括工程地质情况、周围既有区间建筑及管线、顶管机及配套设施的组装误差、顶进过程中的参数控制等,顶进施工姿态控制困难,增大了矩形通道的施工风险。以太原市地铁2号线车站附属结构矩形通道施工为例,通过理论分析和实践,研究土压平衡式矩形顶管姿态控制技术。该工程施工前针对现场情况进行了顶管施工参数的优化以及采取措施降低顶管姿态偏移的可能性,另一方面在顶进过程中对顶管机姿态实时测量,通过进出洞加固、洞门止水、油缸纠偏、打泥等技术措施进行控制,将轴线偏移始终控制在要求范围之内,最终顺利实现出洞,并未对现场既有区间管线造成影响。 Rectangular pipe jacking attitude control is a difficult point in municipal construction.The factors affecting the thrusting attitude are complex,including engineering geology,surrounding existing interval buildings and pipelines,assembly errors of pipe jacking machines and supporting facilities,and parameter control during the jacking process.It is difficult to control the attitude of jacking construction,which increases the construction risk of rectangular passage.Taking the construction of rectangular passage of the auxiliary structure of Taiyuan Metro Line 2 Station as an example,the attitude control technology of earth pressure balance rectangular pipe jacking pipe was studied through theoretical analysis and practice.Before the construction of the project,the construction parameters of pipe jacking were optimized according to the site conditions and measures were taken to reduce the possibility of pipe jacking attitude shift.On the other hand,the attitude of the pipe jacking machine was measured in real time during the jacking process.It is controlled by technical measures such as entering and exiting the hole reinforcement,hole door water stopping,cylinder correction,mud beating,etc.,and the axis offset was always controlled within the required range.In the end,the hole was successfully realized without affecting the existing interval pipeline on site.
