摘要
变电站作为输电网的中心环节,其可靠性直接影响电网的安全稳定和供电的连续性。因此,在输电网风险评估中,需关注变电站内各种因素对输电网的影响。为研究变电站组件参数的不确定性和继电保护可靠性对电网的影响,提出了一种考虑变电站影响的输电网风险评估方法。该方法概述了基于功能组的隐蔽式继电保护模型,将变电站的主接线完全并入电网。实例证明了这些方法的正确性和有效性,为从业人员开展电网风险评估提供了参考和依据。
As the central link of the power grid,the reliability of the substation directly affects the safety and stability of the grid and the continuity of power supply.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the influence of various factors in substations in transmission grid risk assessment.To investigate the impact of uncertainty of substation component parameters and relay protection reliability on the grid,a transmission grid risk assessment method that considers the impact of substations is proposed.This method outlines the concealed relay protection model based on functional groups,and integrates the main wiring of the substation into the power grid completely.The examples prove the correctness and effectiveness of these methods,and provide reference and basis for practitioners to carry out power grid risk assessment.
