伏格列波糖联合甘精胰岛素治疗老年2型糖尿病疗效观察

Clinical observation of voglibose combined with insulin glargine in the treatment of elderly type 2 diabetes

目的研究伏格列波糖联合甘精胰岛素治疗老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)的临床疗效。方法选取老年T2DM患者106例,依照治疗方案不同分为对照组、观察组,每组53例。两组均给予常规干预,对照组采用格列齐特联合伏格列波糖治疗,观察组采用伏格列波糖联合甘精胰岛素治疗。对比两组疗效、空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、低血糖发生率。结果观察组总有效率(96.23%)高于对照组(81.13%)(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组FBG,HbA1C,2hPG水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组低血糖发生率(3.77%)低于对照组(20.75%)(P<0.05)。结论伏格列波糖联合甘精胰岛素治疗老年T2DM患者疗效显著,可促进患者血糖水平改善。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of voglibose combined with insulin glargine in the treatment of elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 106 elderly patients with T2DM were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment schemes,with 53 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine intervention.The control group was treated with gliclazide combined with voglibose,and the observation group was treated with voglibose combined with insulin glargine.The curative effect,fasting blood glucose(FBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1C),2h postprandial blood glucose(2hPG),and the incidence of hypoglycemia were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group(96.23%)was higher than that in the control group(81.13%)(P<0.05);After treatment,FBG,HbA1C and 2hPG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group(3.77%)was lower than that in the control group(20.75%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Voglibose combined with insulin glargine has a significant effect in the treatment of elderly T2DM patients,which can promote the improvement of blood glucose levels.
