阿加曲班联合前列地尔对急性脑梗死患者1-磷酸鞘氨醇、MMP-8水平的影响

Effect of agatroban combined with prostadil on sphingosine 1-phosphate,and MMP-8 levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction

目的探讨阿加曲班+前列地尔对急性脑梗死患者基质金属蛋白酶-8(MMP-8)、1-磷酸鞘氨醇水平的影响。方法选取2021年2月~2022年2月我院治疗的152例急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象,随机分为联合组及单药组,各76例。联合组采用阿加曲班+前列地尔治疗,单药组使用前列地尔治疗,对比单药组、联合组血管内皮功能指标、炎性指标、1-磷酸鞘氨醇、MMP-8水平及不良反应发生率、临床疗效。结果联合组不良反应率略高于单药组,联合组临床疗效优于单药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组内皮素-1(ET-1)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-ɑ)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超敏-C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、MMP-8水平低于单药组,NO、1-磷酸鞘氨醇水平高于单药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿加曲班联合前列地尔治疗可改善急性脑梗死患者1-磷酸鞘氨醇、MMP-8水平,促进恢复,效果理想。

Objective To explore the effect of agatroban in combination on sphingosine 1-phosphate and MMP-8 levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 152 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in the hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects,which were divided into the combination group and the single-drug group with 76 patients in each group.The combination group was treated with agatroban plus alprostadil and the single drug group was treated with alprostadil treatment alone.The vascular endothelial function indicators,inflammatory indicators,sphingosine 1-phosphate,MMP-8 levels and adverse effects and clinical efficacy were compared between the single drug group and the combination group.Results The clinical efficacy in the combination group was better than that in the single-drug group(P<0.05);The adverse reaction rate in the combination group was slightly higher than that in the single-drug group(P<0.05);The levels of ET-1,TNF-a,IL-6,hs-CRP and MMP-8 in the combination group were lower than those in the the single-drug group,while the levels of NO and 1-phosphate in the combination group were higher than those in the the single-drug group(P<0.05).Conclusion Agatroban combined with alprostadil treatment can improve the levels of 1-phosphate sphingosine and MMP-8 in patients with acute cerebral infarction and promote recovery with satisfied results.
