《既有建筑绿色改造技术标准》编制思路与要点解读

COMPIL ATION IDEAS AND MAIN POINTS INTERPRETATION OF TECHNICAL STANDARD FOR GREEN RETROFITTING OF EXISTING BUILDING

2021年9月1日,《上海市城市更新条例》正式施行,上海成为全国率先在城市更新方面进行立法的省市之一。与这项制度安排相适应,上海建科集团股份有限公司(以下简称“上海建科”)历经约4年的时间,编制了《既有建筑绿色改造技术标准》(以下简称《标准》),并于2021年4月1日开始施行。《标准》是城市更新领域的标杆性文件,将成为今后城市更新的重要参考。

On September 1,2021,Regulations of Shanghai Municipality on Urban Renewal came into effect officially,making Shanghai become one of the first provinces and cities in China to legislate on urban renewal.In accordance with the arrangement of this regulation,Shanghai Research Institute of Building Sciences(Group)Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as"sRIBs")has spent about 4 years to compile the Technical Standard for Green Retrofitting of Existing Building(hereinafter referred to as"the Standard"),which came into effect on April 1,2021.The Standard is a benchmark document in the field of urban renewal and will become an important reference for future urban renewal.
